What do you get when you pay 6% to an agent to sell your home?
|
Do you need to pay thousands of dollars
to a listing agent who is not the selling
agent?
Now you can LIST your home in the Real Estate
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for only a fraction of
the cost of a full service agent. A typical agent will charge you
a 6% commission to list and sell your home. When you list with me, I
charge only a small flat fee to list your home. If your home is
sold through a MLS
broker you will pay them a commission, the amount is set by you. typically
in the range of 2-3%.
I have 24/7 on-line access to and will list your property in the
MLS and provide additional services for the
following fees:
Broker is being paid a fee for
service, and shall as a minimum prepare the
appropriate MLS input form and contract
required to list your home in the MLS for your
region. Payment is due at time of service.
The service I provide does not stop with the listing.
As a Broker, I am available to insure your sale is handled properly and correctly.
Most services that are provided by
full service agents are available, but at a discount substantially less than
the typical 6% commission.
Once your home is listed with me, help reviewing offers is available for a $1,000 fee.
This includes reviewing your buyer's offer, preparing counteroffers, writing an
original contract if buyer's is not represented by an agent, providing
you with the most common
required Califoria disclosures forms,
referring you to: an escrow company, a title insurance company
(with a potental discount), a pest control company, a physical inspection
company, a home warranty company and a lender.

Your listing is input into the MLS as
a regular listing, just like other list
ings by full service agents. Thus you
get the same exposure that a higher
priced agent would give you. Best
of all, you still retain the right to sell
your property yourself and pay no
commission. You decide how much
commission you will pay when we fill
out the listing form. Other services
available to meet your needs as
required.
